We understand plans can change which is why we have a "no questions asked" refund guarantee policy. We guarantee you will receive a full refund to your credit card for tee times cancelled in accordance with the following:
- Requested more than 48 hours in advance. Refund requests less than 48 hours in advance will be considered at our discretion based on extraordinary circumstances.
- Requested using the Refund Request Form (see below). Verbal requests, phone calls or other forms of notice are not a Refund Request Form.
- Refunds will go back to the original credit card used for purchase. Please allow 30 days for a refund to appear on your card or bank statement. We have no control over timing – it is up to your bank. If you have not seen a refund after 30 days, email us at the email provided in the Refund Request Confirmation email and we will be happy to help. Please DO NOT submit a second refund request for the same tee time as it may delay your refund.
There are No Refunds for no shows.

- Please use the confirmation email you received when booking your tee time to fill out this form.
- Your form will be timestamped upon submission and you will receive a Refund Request Confirmation email at the email you provide below.
