Tee Time Cancellations & Refunds

Please use the appropriate method below depending on whether you want to (1) Cancel an entire booking  OR (2) Reduce the number of players in your booking. You may need to scroll down for a bit for (2) if you are using a smartphone or small tablet.

Cancel Entire Booking


Requests for a refund for the cancellation of an entire tee time must be received at least 36 hours in advance.

Please complete the following steps (you will no longer submit a form on our website):

  1. Use this link to access the Soule Park Online Booking Reservation System
  2. Use the “Log In” button in the upper right corner of the webpage to gain access to your booking account
  3. Choose the “My Account” button in the next page to access your personal Account Profile
  4. Choose “My Reservations” to access your existing upcoming reservations
  5. Find the reservation that you would like cancelled and refunded and select the red “Cancel and Refund” button
  6. The system will ask you to confirm that you would like to cancel this tee time. Upon confirmation, your refund will be processed.

If you utilize this process, no other action or call to the golf course is required. Any further action may just confuse the process. Thank you!

Please allow up to three weeks for processed refunds to be reflected on your credit card statement.  Processing can take a much shorter period, but there are times when it may take this amount of time for you to see the refund entry.  Thank you for your patience.

Reduce Number of Players


Requests for a refund for the reduction of players of a tee time must be received at least 36 hours in advance.

To reduce the number of players in a tee time and request a refund, please complete the following steps:

  1. Submit a Player Reduction Request below at least 36 hours in advance of your tee time.  Please have your confirmation email with you when filling out the form so that you provide accurate data for the refund.
  2. The number of players in your tee time will be reduced and your Refund Request will be processed.

If you utilize this process, no other action or call to the golf course is required. Any further action may just confuse the process. Thank you!
